Typically, permanent lighting costs 2-3 times the cost for professional holiday lights, however, they can be used year-round for any occasion and no longer have to be put up each year and taken down. Plus, they are color-changing and can be controlled from an app on your phone.

Most customers do not get HOA approval because the light tracks are typically behind gutters and match the same material and color as your home’s facia and gutters, but ultimately that is your decision as the Homeowner.
